Abandoned Pet Rescue is an IRS tax-exempt, qualified non-profit charitable organization that rescues and shelters abandoned, abused, and neglected pets, rehabilitates them and finds them new homes. APR is one of the largest no kill animal shelters in South Florida and is devoted to the welfare of all animals.
Like other non-profits, APR relies completely on charitable donations to survive, so it’s extremely important get the word about its mission. That’s where Springboard Ad/Design comes in. Springboard has chosen Abandon per Rescue as its charity of choice for 2013. We will be providing free marketing support and consultation to APR with the goal raising money and to help find homes for their pets.

“Providing graphic design services for signage and events announcements are some of APR’s immediate needs, but we look forward to doing a lot more,” said Springboard’s Creative Director Brett Jones. “They’re a great organization. It’s where I adopted my dog Lenny in 2003.” Lenny also serve’s as Springboard’s mascot, Lenny the “Ad Dog.”

Most of the over 300 animals are cats, dogs, bunnies, iguanas, and other animals in need of help. While pet overpopulation is declining throughout the country, the number of animals brought to South Florida shelters is increasing.
